Key responsibilities:

• Ensure production processes within appropriate quality, budgets and deadlines.
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of
  manufacturing operations
• Ensures that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly and increase an organization’s efficiencies.
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
• Ensure that company operations compliance with the environmental regulations.
• Manage, direct and coordinate the work of the production team in order to synergize with other units.

Key requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in engineering.
• Proven experience as manufacture manager positions in plywood industries for at least 5 years.
• Strong understanding in lean manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Having strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, JAS, CE, COC, SVLK
• Proven to have handled SMK3 audit certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, local people, multiple levels of an organization and various cross function.
• Willing to be placed at Central Kalimantan or East Kalimantan

• Establish planning and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Develop new business and product, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing
  best practices to build successful strategies
• Approach potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Key requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree, in any major.
• Proven experience in managerial positions as marketing, business development or equivalent in plywood industries for at least 5 years.
• Strong finance acumen with the ability to develop marketing strategy supported by market segmentation and financial analysis.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Willing to be placed at Central Kalimantan or East Kalimantan
